While preparing a workplace harassment investigation report, we are also highlighting the need to improve the organizational culture.

In this regard, we hear from Professor Han Jun-ki, an HR management expert, about ways to improve organizational culture in order to prevent workplace harassment.

In the past, under a patriarchal organizational culture, there was a time when a person’s rank or position in the workplace was regarded as determining even their personal standing and dignity. However, now that the prohibition against workplace harassment is becoming firmly established, workplace rank or position should no longer be used as a means of exercising undue power over others.

Professor Han Jun-ki proposes various measures for creating a healthy organizational culture in which workplace harassment does not occur.
