Performance evaluation is at the core of human resource management.

 

Traditionally, organizations have used Management by Objectives (MBO) to evaluate individual performance. In recent years, however, an approach centered on Objectives and Key Results (OKR) has become increasingly widespread as a means of managing and evaluating both individual and organizational performance.

In this discussion, we will hear from Professor Jun-Ki Han, an HR management expert, to examine the differences between MBO and OKR and explore recent changes and key trends in performance evaluation systems.
