Kangnam Labor Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") makes every effort to protect the personal information of its members in accordance with relevant laws and the privacy policy.

[Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection]

The Company may collect and use personal information from members through the following two methods in this app:

Collection through user input:
Whenever the Company receives information from the user, it informs the member in advance and obtains consent. For example, when a member signs up, the Company collects information from members who have been informed in advance and have agreed according to the laws and privacy policy.
Collection during the use of mobile services:
During the use of mobile services, personal information and other generated information may be collected. Due to the nature of mobile services, information related to the device (device model, mobile carrier information, hardware ID, software ID, basic statistics on service usage) may be collected, but this information cannot identify individuals, and the Company does not engage in any activities to identify individuals through device information. In addition to device-related information, log information, service usage records, records of data derived from using the service, and information about the Company's application may be collected.
Additional collection of personal information:
If additional personal information collection occurs during the use of the service, the Company will notify the member in advance and obtain consent. Information will only be collected from members who have given their consent.

[Purposes of Personal Information Collection and Use]
The Company uses all collected personal information and other information for the purpose of providing services.
The Company uses all collected personal information and other information for customer inquiries, notification delivery, payment services, improving service quality, and developing new features.

[Retention and Use Period of Personal Information]
Once the purposes of collecting and using personal information have been achieved, it will be promptly disposed of.
However, if there is a need to retain the member's information in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws, the Company will retain the member's information for a certain period of time as prescribed by the relevant laws:
Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
Records related to payment of fees and supply of goods: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)

[Sharing and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties]
In the event that the Company needs to share or provide personal information to third parties for the provision of services, it will notify members in advance and obtain their consent in accordance with the law and the privacy policy.

[Rights and Obligations of Users and Legal Representatives]
Members have the right to receive answers from the Company regarding any inquiries they may have.
Members are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date, and the member is responsible for any accidents caused by inaccurate information. In the case of identity theft, membership may be revoked, and there may be penalties under the Information and Communication Network Act for damaging other people's information.

[Matters regarding the Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices]
The Company may operate a file system to store and retrieve information about members through the service. When using the application, the Company can read the information from the file system and provide appropriate services.
Members can delete the information or revoke permissions in the file system. They can delete the information or revoke permissions by selecting "Settings → Applications → Installed apps" and using the "Clear data" option. However, deleting information or revoking permissions may cause inconvenience or difficulties in using the service.
